2. About this website
hypush.io is a marketing website for HYPush. You can browse most pages without creating an account. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
The contact page includes a form where you can send us a message and optionally attach a file. Submitting the form requires your agreement to this Privacy Policy.
3. What personal data we collect
a) Information you give us directly
- Contact form: if you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, optional phone number, message, and any file you choose to attach.
- Email or phone: if you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to share (for example your name, email address, phone number, company, and message content).
b) Information collected automatically
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data needed to deliver the site securely, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We use this only to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website.
- Some case-study images on the homepage are loaded from a third-party content host (Amazon S3). When your browser requests those images, that provider may receive your IP address and basic request metadata.
We do not use third-party analytics, marketing trackers, or social embeds that set cookies on this website.
4. How we use your data and our legal basis
- Replying to enquiries and delivering services — when you contact us, we use your details to respond and, where relevant, discuss or deliver work. Legal basis: legitimate interests and/or steps before a contract.
- Running and securing the website — we use technical logs to keep the site available and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us host and operate the website or communicate with you (for example hosting, email delivery via Resend, and telecommunications providers). They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services.
Links to social networks in the footer leave hypush.io; those platforms have their own privacy policies.

Some providers may process data outside Uganda. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. How long we keep your data
- General enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Client and project records: up to 6 years after the end of the relationship, where needed for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
